This property is beautiful. The property has very nice rolling hills and is mostly timbered. The majority of the timber is aspen/poplar. There is also a great mix of conifer and one area of the property is more like meadows mixed with different conifer species. A large amount of this property is higher ground. There is also a nice area right up by the road that someone could potentially clear out an area for a camper, cabin or potential home. The property would also be excellent for deer, bear, grouse hunting. The property also borders Chippewa National Forest land on its north which then attaches to tax forfeit and more Nat. Forest as well as state lands. This gives excellent direct access to tons more land to roam around and hunt, hike and recreate on. Speaking of recreation the property is also located only about 2 miles from a public boat ramp for Island Lake. Island Lake is a great lake for walleye, smallmouth and many other species. Very nice place!!
