Currently the timber is a mix of young aspen regeneration mixed with fir, balsam, spruce etc. There are also a few larger red pine scattered around. The aspen regeneration was loaded with woodcock when I walked the ground. Approach already in and many good buildable sites. Lots of excellent lakes to fish and hiking trails nearby.
