Longfellow Middle School Description

Longfellow Middle School is a public school located in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Established in 1965, Longfellow has been providing quality education to students from grades 6-8 for over 50 years. The school offers an array of academic and extracurricular activities that help foster learning and growth among its student body.

The faculty at Longfellow are dedicated to helping their students reach their full potential by providing them with a safe and supportive environment. They strive to create an atmosphere where all students can feel comfortable expressing themselves while also challenging each other academically. In addition, they offer a variety of clubs and organizations such as chess club, robotics team, drama club, art club, yearbook staff, student council and more!

At Longfellow Middle School we believe that every child should have access to quality education regardless of background or financial status. We provide our families with resources such as free breakfast/lunch programs for those who qualify as well as after-school tutoring services for those needing extra assistance in certain subjects.

We take pride in being part of the Milwaukee community and strive to make sure our students are prepared for success both inside and outside the classroom walls!
