El Segundo High School Description
El Segundo High School is a public high school located in El Segundo, California. Founded in 1909, it is the oldest secondary school in the city and serves students from grades 9-12. The school has an enrollment of approximately 1,800 students and offers a wide range of academic programs including Advanced Placement (AP) courses as well as college preparatory classes.
The campus features state-of-the-art facilities such as modern classrooms with interactive whiteboards, computer labs, science laboratories and library resources. In addition to its academic offerings, El Segundo High School also provides extracurricular activities such as sports teams for football, basketball, baseball/softball and soccer; clubs like drama club or robotics team; student government; music ensembles; art classes; and more.
