Jon Ohlgren specializes in the valuation, sale and purchase of ag-zoned property in the Tri-Counties, regularly advising clients in conjunction with teams of local professionals on potential use and development opportunities in the agricultural space including complex pre- and post-sale entitlement processes. Jon’s extensive clientele includes institutional investors, international corporations, wineries/viticulturalists, non-profits, agricultural investors and private individuals. A significant number of Jon’s transactions occur off-market and confidentially. Jon served on the Advisory Board of the White Buffalo Land Trust, assisting in the acquisition of the 1,000 acre Jalama Canyon Ranch. Annually Jon participates with friends and family in the Friendship and Keiki Paddle Fundraising events in the Santa Barbara Channel.
