JC Adams has been a licensed Texas Realtor since 2011. After moving from London, England in 2004, he fell in love with the area and immersed himself in the wonderful city of Austin, where he lives with his wife and four-year-old daughter.For JC, his interest in Real Estate began while searching for his own home in 2010. He did not have an agent at the time and took on the search by himself to find the best value. Eventually, of course, he enlisted the help of an agent to finalize the process. And from there decided to pursue this career and offer his services to his wide network of friends and family. Since then, word has spread of his success, and mentored and trained by a well-regarded local Broker who grew up in Austin, he has helped dozens of buyers move into their dream home or commercial property.He has brought his knowledge of trendspotting and customer relations to the real estate market from the fashion retail world. At the age of nineteen, employed by the multinational retail group Arcadia, he became their youngest UK store manager. In more recent years he enjoyed his role as General Manager for a large chain of fashion stores where he was responsible for more than 100 employees in stores turning over more than $10 million.In his own life, home is very much where the heart is and he understands the importance of finding somewhere special and making the whole process as enjoyable as possible.He tries to put himself in the shoes of his clients, keeping his clients fully informed at every stage, and avoiding issues which can make buying and selling stressful. He combines his instinctive ability to know what his clients need, with sharp negotiating skills and the latest technology to streamline the home-buying process.JC enjoys giving back to the Austin community he loves so much and in 2015/2016 volunteered his time with Goodwill Industries, training, coaching and mentoring young adults to assist them into the workplace.Recognized wherever he goes in the Northwest Austin Area as the ‘tall, charming British gentleman,’ he’s passionate about ensuring that his clients are happy and comfortable every step of the way, as they make what is often the most important purchase of their lives.
