Peter’s career in real estate originally started in 1976 by successfully flipping and restoring two houses and two restaurants before ultimately deciding to satisfy a lifelong dream and move to Santa Monica in the winter of 1983. In 1987 after spending several years as a freelance professional tennis coach he received his real estate agent licence and went to work for Fred Sands Realtors becoming “Rookie of the Year”, and throughout 1990-92 he was “Top Producer” with over thirty properties transacted each year. In 1999 he decided to start his own real estate business and office on Main St. in Santa Monica, which generated rising successes and a valued sense of community in the surrounding neighborhoods. Since then, besides real estate, Peter has involved himself with many philanthropic activities that include his community and twin boys. Parent teacher associations, big brother programs, competitive before and after school swimming, and other physical activities have all been a continued joy of his into the recent years. With the business thriving and as strong as ever it is Peter’s desire to teach his son’s the family trade, the value of managing your own business, and how to give back to the community that has given so much to them.
