I was born and raised in Wisconsin then moved to the Florida Keys and worked reconstruction after Hurricane Andrew. I flipped my first few properties while in Florida. I moved back to Wisconsin and expanded my family. Being motorcycle enthusiasts, we came to Myrtle Beach for Bike Week. When the time came to buy a home, we knew Myrtle Beach was calling us.I owned and operated a small trucking company for 15 years, assisting in many hurricane emergency assistance programs. I dabbled in rentals, fix and flips and foreclosures. I work well with investors, first-time home buyers and renters wanting to become homeowners. From lovely Single Family Home in an HOA neighborhood to mobile home on acreage to tiny home in a campground; I have been here for 14 years and experienced much diversity. It has given me a great perspective on people's unique living or selling requirements.
