As a result, David has consistently achieved the status of Companywide Top Producer as well as numerous other production awards during his association with the Company. Consumers and peers have recognized David as a Top Residential Real Estate Agent in Dallas by "D" Magazine for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. David has also received the Historic Home Specialist Designation from Preservation Dallas.David chose real estate as a career because he appreciates good architecture, and he enjoys the challenge associated with identifying special properties that meet and exceed his client's expectations. David feels extremely comfortable with his association with David Griffin & Company Realtors. The company's philosophy to represent architecturally unique and significant properties is consistent with his own.David has called East Dallas home all his life. He currently resides in Lake Park Estates near White Rock Lake, where he is raising his own children. From serving on the Board of his HOA to being an active Hexter Elementary parent, David is deeply involved in the things that make a community great. For the past 10 years, he has sponsored the White Rock Home Tour, and more recently has been the main sponsor.David has many outside interests, including fly fishing and hiking at his cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Being a professional drummer prior to entering real estate, he still enjoys drumming (in the garage) and loves to travel.
