I come into Real Estate with a different mindset. My parents had rental properties and I grew up building / remodling houses with my Father. So when I became an adult I purchases my first house and soon turned into a rental. We now own several single family properties and small apartments. I mention this for the fact that I am not the typical Realtor out there. I Wont be wearing a suit on property tours. I Always start looking at the structure of the property, the plumbing, the electrical, the smell, getting a feeling for the property. I always recommend getting a home inspection, but there is nothing wrong with putting my years of experience in the trades to work for you from the start.A little about me, I have lived in the Hampton Roads area for 25 plus years now. the Navy Brough me here and left me here after 20 years of service. I have been an investor in the area for about 20 years now and decided to become a realtor 6 years ago when I was done in the Navy.
