In addition to his negotiating experience, I have an extensive background in developing and leading a variety of training and leadership development initiatives. Tim has managed and led large nationwide operations, both on location and virtually.His experience was managing and leading people to achieve results in an amazingly fast paced and dynamic environment. It required me to manage multiple priorities, develop relationships, work with a wide spectrum of stakeholders and communicate effectively.
