Mark Cleary

Having a long family history in real estate, Mark has been surrounded by the business his entire life. Mark specializes in launching developments and high-end luxury condos and residential homes. Blessed to have graduated from the University of Mississippi, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Between his work schedule and spending time with his wife Lauren, son Topher, & daughter Carolina. Mark likes to hit the slopes, golf, mountain bike, and travel. His career in real estate began in 2005 with one of Houston Texas’ largest privately owned real estate development companies, Meridian Homes. Shortly after Mark enrolled in The University of Mississippi, he transitioned into a successful real estate sales career in 2007 while still working towards his bachelor’s degree. His strong work ethic and ability to give 110% landed him the recognition by The Oxford Eagle as one of the town’s “Top Realtors”. Mark then started a Real Estate Brokerage Firm where he acted as Principal Broker.In 2010, Mark received the “Power User” Internet award for the most trafficked site in the state. In 2012, he and Lauren received the award for the #1 team in the entire state of Mississippi. In 2013, they received the Coveted “Hall of Fame” designation and “Platinum Club” Winner. 2014 marks another large achievement, forming the Cannon Cleary Team with Blake Cannon. Since then, they have been the #1 team in the entire state of Mississippi and closed over a billion dollars’ worth of real estate deals. In 2018, Mark was the #1 listing agent in the entire city of Oxford and in 2019 Mark was not only the #1 listing agent, the #1 buyer’s agent, but also the #1 overall agent in the market. He was ranked the #1 overall agent yet again in 2022. His biggest achievement to date is launching Cannon Cleary McGraw with his business partners Blake Cannon and Matt McGraw! CCM has been ranked and awarded #1 Real Estate firm in Oxford in 2020, 2021, and 2022!
