Lorna and Traci managed somehow to be knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient while also being thoughtful, kind, and personable. They helped us manage the interminable business processes that come with real estate transactions while also making us feel welcome in a new community. Above all, they're good people with integrity and sound judgment. Five stars is not enough!" - P.C Taylor"I would give six stars if I could! Traci Bates is an awesome realtor. She’s patient, funny and extremely caring. She really takes the time to understand exactly what it is you are looking for in a property. She answered every dumb question we had without ever making us feel annoying. Her reputation in the business is beyond reproach – everyone respects and likes her. She’s a truly authentic human being. Lorna and the rest of the team were also lovely to work with through this process. The only negative thing I could say about Traci is that she gives out too many Tate’s cookies… Thank you Traci and Lorna and the team for a truly wonderful experience." - J.E."Seamlessly handled the sale of my investment property while simultaneously working on the purchase of another single family dwelling. Knowledgeable, compassionate advocates for their clients. - M.D.
