Deborah is one of the best realtors I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She actually had my my house sold in the first week it was on the market, however the buyer backed out 3 days before, settling on another house (that was sold by the owner) so it was quickly placed back on the market, and within the first month, sold and closed for exactly what it was appraised for! She always answered any question I had and always reached out, keeping me informed on everything from potential buyers coming to home inspections! She walked me through the entire process (explaining anything I had a question about with professionalism and kindness!)
