Deborah is one of the best realtors I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She actually had my my house sold in the first week it was on the market, however the buyer backed out 3 days before, settling on another house (that was sold by the owner) so it was quickly placed back on the market, and within the first month, sold and closed for exactly what it was appraised for! She always answered any question I had and always reached out, keeping me informed on everything from potential buyers coming to home inspections! She walked me through the entire process (explaining anything I had a question about with professionalism and kindness!)

Deborah sold our house, which had been on the market for almost a year, in 1 week! Then she helped us through the closing hurdles. Very professional and fun! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Justine was amassing as well!

Within literally a day I was chatting with Deborah, explaining the complex situation I was in with an inheritance property that was involved in a court partition. Over the subsequent approximately 6 months, Deborah would drop me a casual email checking on how the legal process was proceeding. I tremendously appreciated her continual contact, which never crossed the line into being annoying. When the time came to finally put the house up for sale, I ignored the recommendation from my lawyer. Deborah Sharp was the ONLY realtor I considered. The prior year-long, horrific, traumatic legal situation became a breeze once Deborah took the reins. She kept me informed every step of the way, and I can assert that I never sent a text that wasn't answered within minutes. Due to the unusual circumstances, the selling procedure was complex and an array of problems arose, yet Deborah handled each one deftly and confidently. At times she donned the hat of a therapist, helping me through the emotional struggles!
