Mr. Bailey most recently served as Vice President of Development at Navarro Lowrey Properties. Mr. Bailey has been a resident of Palm Beach County for 15 years. He is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, and a founding member of Strong Towns, a nonprofit dedicated to making communities financially strong and resilient. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting with a concentration in real estate finance.
