Terri Needham is a native of Mount Desert Island, grew up in Hall Quarry and graduated from MDI High School in 1981. After attending the University of Southern Maine, she worked as an insurance agent at Knowles Company Insurance. Ten years later she and her business partner purchased the company, renaming it Merchant Needham Insurance Agency.Following her thirty years selling insurance, Terri joined her husband, Jeff, in the restaurant business. The two of them worked together at their restaurant, The Chart Room for 15 years before deciding to retire and sell their business. Retirement wasn’t quite in the cards for Terri, however. While working on the sale of The Chart Room Restaurant with her friend, Kim Swan of Swan Agency Real Estate, she realized that real estate would be a fun and exciting new career path. Terri has 2 children and 6 grandchildren. She resides between Bar Harbor and Green Lake and enjoys boating and spending time with family and friends.
