I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 1973 to finish college. In 1974, I graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA degree in Business Administration. In addition, I met the love of my life on Anna Maria Island and got married in 1975. We are blessed to have 2 children and seven grandchildren. During my first career in the Healthcare industry, I had multiple sales and sales management roles selling pharmaceuticals, capital medical equipment, software, and maintenance contracts with prestigious companies such as NCR, Bristol Myers, and GE. My sales results consistently exceeded annual goals and I received numerous awards for the highest performance in my companies. I have mentored many new sales professionals that have achieved positions of major responsibility. Several have become CEO's of major corporations. I am a skilled negotiator and have accomplished expertise in customer problem solving. I am a master of time management and have a passion for exceeding customer satisfaction!Over the years, I had a keen interest in real estate and have successfully bought and sold many properties as an investor. After coming to the realization that retirement was not for me, I decided to become a realtor and chase my next career! Within three months of obtaining my license and working as a REALTOR® with Wagner Realty, I achieved the top sales position in my office which is located on Anna Maria Island.
