While initially spending his days in technology sales, Steve realized that his love for helping people and friendly bantering skills would better shine in the then-booming housing market. He began his real estate career as a New Home Sales Specialist for a leading Twin Cities builder in 2001. With a growing interest in working with both new and existing homes, Steve moved on from the builder and proudly established the Fiorella Group with a local RE/MAX office in late 2002.As the real estate industry evolved over the years, so did the needs of the Fiorella Group. In 2020 the decision was made to join Keller Williams Select Realty. Between the overall growth of the team and a strong desire to affiliate with an organization who embodies the same "Go Giver" attitude of Steve and the entire team, it became clear that this was the right move.Steve specializes in working with both sellers and buyers, and developing the overall strategy and vision for the Fiorella Group. With a belief that continuing education is paramount to success, he is one of only a handful of Realtors in Minnesota to currently hold the ABR, CDPE, CRS, e-PRO, and GRI designations.When he's not cruising around the Twin Cities and surrounding burbs helping clients, Steve enjoys time with his family (including their little dog), cheering for his favorite MN sports teams, absolutely anything aviation-related, and relaxing in the sun – preferably by water.
