Joe and his wife Kathy have lived in the Rochester area for over 30 years, raising their 4 daughters at the historical mill flour mill property that his ancestors built over 150 years ago. Joe served in the Army/Reserves/National Guard for over a decade and currently serves on the board of a local children’s charity foundation.
