Shawn has been a long-time resident of the Las Vegas area. A real estate lifer, Shawn was introduced to real estate success at the age of 17 by attending Howard Brinton's Star Power. Shawn was licensed at 19, bought out his team at 22, and converted it to the Cunningham Group in 2010 with his twin brother Kyle. CGroup is a small team focused on maximizing its client relationships by providing the value that they seek. Shawn is a member and board member of the Vegas Young Professionals chapter of Toastmasters. Shawn and CGroup support many local causes, with special attention to any cause that helps bridge the opportunity gaps for low-income and abused/neglected youths. Shawn currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Residential Real Estate Council, is the 2017 Past President for Nevada CRS, and sits on the board of directors for Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® and Nevada REALTORS®.
