Superb waterfront building site on All Sports Sutherland Lake! In my opinion, there isn't a better view anywhere on the lake. The owner has done a massive amount of work to thin out the trees and open up the view while maintaining that up north feel. Why buy a cabin or waterfront home just to have to remodel or reconfigure it to meet your needs and desires? Opportunities to purchase quality, all-sports vacant waterfront property is near nonexistent, let alone one large enough to build something of decent size and still have room for an accessory building and extra parking too! If you can find something like that, it likely will be in an association with building restrictions, and you couldn't build what you want to anyway; this property doesn't have that issue!
