The mission of Hillside Elementary School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. At Hillside Elementary School, teachers use innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning to engage students in meaningful ways while also helping them develop critical thinking skills. In addition to academics, Hillside Elementary School places great emphasis on character development as well as physical fitness. Furthermore they have a large playground area which allows kids to get some exercise during recess or lunchtime breaks throughout the day.
