And there are also water rights from the acequia that runs the length of the property.
502 toward Las Alamos, right on CR 101 B to the first driveway on your left, which is just past Caminito Corvo Rd. on your right. Cross Dry Creek and go up through the red, iron pipe gate. Park near the other cars. It takes about 20 minutes from De Vargas Mall to get to the property. It generally takes about one hour to see the house, property and the acequia.
