3.3, 3.5, 6.2: All construction must be permanent. No temporary structures are allowed. All construction must be

3.6: Motor homes, boats, and other seasonal vehicles may not be parked along roads. They may be parked in a
driveway or designated spot between April 1 and December 1. They must be stored off property or screened from
view with an approved garage or permanent structure between December 1 and March 31. Inoperative vehicles
must be removed within 30 days. No construction or heavy equipment may be stored on property.
3.7: Animals may not be kept or bred for commercial purposes. There is a limit of two dogs, cats or other domestic
pets. Pets must be chained or leashed or under direct owner supervision.
3.9a: Individual wells are not allowed.
3.10: Fences or plantings that obstruct neighbors’ or drivers’ views are not allowed.
3.13: No noxious or offensive activity is allowed.
