My husband and I met William about 4 years ago when we purchased our first condo together in Chelsea,MA. Thanks to William we were able to buy an off- market property at a very reasonable price where we live now and the property has already appreciated 20% of the price we paid. William and Veronica are a great team! My brother and I inherited a house from our mother. When deciding in 2020 who to select for a Broker, William and Veronica reached out to us. Set up an appointment, we really liked what they had to say, including some interesting figures on numbers of buyer matches based on different listing price points. Of all 4 brokers we had seen, they were the only ones who showed us information like that. The house sold at the price we wanted 4 days before it came on the market. We spoke and met with William most of the time, and he was a gentleman, kept us informed, obviously worked very hard, made suggestions on how to more quickly sell the house, had a great photographer which made the house look great. William, told us, that we were in charge of the decision of the house, it is our house and he might suggest things, but we are in charge. He communicated in a variety of ways, and always respectful, relaxed in a way that made us feel we were not being handled but we were working together with a professional that knew how to get things done, with great sense of humor, a real pleasure to deal with. This choice of William and Veronica was the right choice for us. If you want to be respected, by professionals, who will communicate, support, are organized, and are focused on the task of selling your house, this is the team you want. We met William February 26 2020. William and Vero did such an incredible job that A Purchase and Sale was completed March 17, before the house even went on the market and closing done on April 15. You will not go wrong with William and Veronica. And please keep in mind that all of this was done as Covid-19 was emerging and ramping up. Maria was recommended from a friend to be a great real estate agent. She is a great person who is there for you every step of the way in purchasing a house. She is great at communicating and informing you on everything there is to know and see about the house. She helped me my purchase my second home! I tried to buy a house through different agents and they weren't serious about their jobs, but Maria is great and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. I had a great experience selling my house with William, he let me know everything I needed to do to get the most for my property and he delivered on his promise. I could have got 40K more, but I chose less for my own reasons and the house sold very fast. I also used William to purchase my new home and I am glad I did. William helped me save big on the price and was able to get the seller to put some money in for closing. Veronica had such a drive to get things done in a timely manner that impressed me. she provided guidance on the set up for the staging, and was great supporting the open house and the communications with the buyers. She also was able to increase the offer by a bit, I would recommend their services for both buyers and sellers at any time.
