(Buyer & Seller perspective) I've known Virginia for years both professionally and socially. She has always been dedicated, curious, skilled and friendly in every interaction I have had with her; no matter how difficult the circumstance. When it came time to select a realtor for our buying adventure, we did not seek out anyone else as we knew Virginia was the perfect fit. We were not wrong. She helped us acquire our dream home: a house that we definitely would have lost was it not for her persistence and fighting spirit. Whenever we were clueless, she offered expertise and whenever we were down she was our cheerleader. Virginia is so up beat and positive that she gives you faith that everything will turn out all right in the end. We had such a great experience with her as buyers that we also used her as our realtor for selling our old home. Our old house was near and dear to us and she helped us find a buyer that would love the house just as much as we did. Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2022 in Carmel, IN.

In 2022 and 2023 Virginia helped us with buying our new home in Carmel and selling our previous house. The experience was excellent. She patiently walked us through the process when we got stressed out, she provided very good advice when we didn't know what offers to take, and most importantly she negotiated nonstop for us right down to every deadline. We had a very poor realtor previously back in 2008 so we know what it's like when a realtor doesn't fight for you or listen to your needs. Virginia, on the other hand, was the best I could have asked for. She helped us obtain our dream home at a fair price, even when an issue was discovered at final walkthrough. By the time we got to closing, Virginia had already solved it! She also helped us get a better result than I could have hoped for on selling our old home, even after one of the buyers couldn't obtain financing. Every home buying experience has challenges that come up, and you need someone like Virginia that will go above and beyond to solve them for you.

Virginia went out of her way to assist me in finding my forever home. She drove and hour to show listing properties on a prospective basis, and while she was able to show me the properties I had asked to she, she developed a way to help me understand what I was looking for and utilized her time to print out a tour of other near by homes in the area to best showcase the area I was looking to purchase in. Virginia had network connections with loans that I had better financing available than the pre-approval I had recently acquired. She helped me navigate all waters involving the seller/buyer back and forth as well as loan hiccups, all with the grace and professionalism of a veteran realtor. Her open communication was consistent and encouraging during stressful moments. She made sure to walk me through items that I may have overlooked and slowed my eager ambition with practical application to the situation. She was on my side the whole way through and treated me first and foremost as a person and above all she was my greatest advocate with moving and a new friend.
