The Zillow choices for each 5 star review absolutely describe Tommy - very impressive, masterful, immediate, and excellent. I was hoping to sell a home and buy a home and move from the old home to the new home without any limbo phase. The realtor that I had for the sale of my old home was terrible. I began looking for a new realtor for my purchase because I knew I would not be using my selling agent. Tommy should have ended up with a FAT check from my sale because he patched all of the holes left by my sales agent, helped me understand the process, offered recommendations and advice and calmed all of my uncertainty and nerves through the whole process....and that was before he was officially helping me BUY. Tommy REALLY listens and understands his buyer. We looked at many houses. When the first several didn't work out, I found myself trying to talk myself into some that were really not right for me. Tommy always was willing to be honest and tell me "This isn't right for you." if he believed it was not. He always made himself available for questions, showings, advice 7 days a week. The house I ended up purchasing happened to come up on a Friday when we were looking at a round of not-the-right-fit houses. We were in the area and he said...let's have a look. He was unable to get an immediate response from the realtor but we drove to the house to look. He knocked on the door and was so friendly with the family that we had a private showing by the owners. Because we met them, I believe we were able to have an advantage when we made the offer. I was sooooo impressed that he was willing to ring the bell and ask for an unofficial look-see. I talked to a new neighbor who told me that there were TONS of folks that came to see the house over the weekend but mine was the first and final offer. Yay! Through the purchase process, Tommy came to every inspection, appraisal, meeting, etc. He is incredibly knowledgeable about home construction and was able to make observations and recommendations that I would never have otherwise known. Through the offer process and repair process, he ALWAYS pushed for me in a confident, friendly and fair way. After having an awful experience in selling my home, I was so absolutely impressed with Tommy. I was able to completely trust him on EVERY aspect of my home hunt and purchase. I simply cannot recommend him enough. Top notch. Organized. Responsive. Patient. Hard-working. He's also a genuine, joyful, positive human being who is great to spend time with (pretty key in what turns out to be a pretty grueling process!!). Bonus: kids are welcome at all activities!

Tommy helped us purchase our condo in the summer of 2013. I think we spent the first six months of 2013 working with him viewing at least one property every few weeks. We'd find a property on Zillow etc. and he'd be super willing to meet us and show the property asap. We finally started meeting him at properties that he would suggest and we ended up deciding to pull the trigger on our current condo. This was our first time through the home buying process and Tommy was very helpful in explaining the complexity of the decisions we were faced with. While working with Tommy, I found that we had the proper guidance through out the process and we will be working with him again eventually.
