My wife was pregnant when we started to look for a place to buy and obviously as soon to be new parents, we were very picky with every little detail regarding the properties we looked at. Tim worked tirelessly looking for the “perfect” home for us. He was always very communicative. In the end we found our place and we couldn't be happier. To this day now 1 year after we bought, if we have any questions about anything Tim has made himself available to us and we’ve greatly appreciated his help with all of our questions.

Tim is an outstanding agent! He has been patiently working with us for about a year as we try to sell properties out of state and relocate. His knowledge of the market there has been invaluable and he has kept in regular contact throughout the year - ready and willing to answer all our questions. He has made time to go out and film properties so that we could better view them from a distance and send photos of those North Dakota winters!! Tim is always candid and provided his own perspectives about different properties and aspects of different homes- which was greatly appreciated. His easy-going and no pressure style is exactly what we were looking for and look forward to working with him again!

Tim was an absolute joy to work with! He is very knowledgeable in the area and was so helpful every step of the way. My husband and I are both active duty and were unable to be there in person but Tim would do video virtual walk throughs of every home for us and it helped tremendously! We are so appreciative of him and all he has done for us.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Not only was Tim responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, but he was kind, cared about all my needs and wants looking for a home. Was always available to look at houses with my crazy work schedule and made sure I was buying a home that was a good fit for me. He was ingest with each and every single house we looked out. He wasn’t just trying to get a sale, he was trying to get me into what I needed. This was my first home buying experience and there is no one else I would ever use as my realtor. 11/10 would choose Tim as your realtor.

We were new to the Minot area and started our househunting on Zillow. Tim did a video tour of several homes for us before we visited in person. He was super responsive and knowledgeable about the area and steered us through the process with great recommendations for local lenders. He made our long distance househunting go smoothly and helped us find the home that met our needs and wishes. If you want a realtor who is advocating for you at every step of the process, Tim is your guy!
