I highly recommend Stephen for all of your real estate deals. He is honest and extremely responsive. You will think he just works for you with the level of service Stephen providers. He does not just care about getting the deal done, but also about fairness and "doing the right thing" for everyone involved. He recently represented me as the buyer in a transaction and really made a deal that had collapsed possible. I was wondering if by paying less commission, we were going to get less service. Not at all in this case. We actually got a better service with Stephen than we did with previous agents and paid less. He is extremely professional and to the point. He responded to our texts, emails and phone calls immediately. Great marketing tools and strategies. Realtors are/were way overpaid for selling a home and he came up with a fair formula that still allows him to make a good living. He was on top of the whole process from start to finish.
