I started off with a different realtor and and when their contract was up, Thank goodness cuz they very rarely showed the house or got the house shown. I changed realtors. My wife and I recently sold our house in Corydon, Indiana, and Scotty came highly recommended by a friend of ours. From the first phone call, to the first in-person meeting, all the way through closing, Scotty was all around a great guy. Very polite, personable, very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about his field. From getting all the paperwork done, to getting the photos, to getting an offer on the house, Scotty was with us every step of the way. We talked multiple times a week to make sure we were on the same page all along. Once we got an offer on the house, we talked near daily, with him relaying what info he had from the buyers agent. As we got the repairs done that the buyers wanted, we seemed to talk even more, making sure we both knew what was going on and when everything was happening. I certainly have to say that it felt like he went above and beyond what I was expecting, and in the long run, it felt like we didn't just have an agent looking to make a commission, but a friend looking out for us through the complicated process of selling a house. If we had been staying in the area, we most definitely would be relying on Scotty for future buying/selling of homes.

Scotty was very attentive, quick to get us into showings, excellent help while veiwing homes, and patient with us. He never pushed us to buy just so he could get a sale. By the end he was no longer our realtor but a new friend.

I know that perfect ratings are met with skepticism, however, Scotty definitely earned it. We moved from out-of-state, which was difficult enough, but we also had some unique requirements. Scotty checked with local governments and measured clearances to ensure we could get our semi to the property. He also looked at many properties on our behalf and saved several costly trips from Iowa to Indiana. We respected and trusted Scotty's inputs on the properties since he often pointed out issues to us that we ourselves did not see looking at them in person. Scotty conducted several open houses when the house first went on the market (not the obligatory one time). The property was contracted, but two days before close, a tree fell on my house. Repairs were delayed and it was over 5 months prior to it's eventual closing. I live in another state. During this time, Scotty watched over the house, managed construction, generally moved things along and provided support while keeping the buyer engaged in the contract. I cannot say enough about the quality and energy that Scotty brings to the table. I have never experience any realtor who was as committed and hard working as was he.

Tried selling home by ourselves for over a month (for sale by owner). Scotty helped us from day one with a for sale by owner packet and letting us know some legal things. He was never pushy or trying to get listing like all the other realtors. He even helped us when we put on our own open house. When time ran out we signed with Scotty and within the first 4 hours on market we had an accepted offer. He has been very professional and helpful and if we ever need another realtor he will be the one!

Scotty went above and beyond for us and we wouldn’t be in our DREAM HOME without his help. He is literally there whenever you need him. He’s very responsive to texts and calls and doesn’t mind tons of questions. This was our first time selling and I was stressed before the process started but once we got with him it felt like smooth sailing. I have been on both sides when it comes to dealing with poor unknowledgeable relators and GREAT RELATORS. And Scotty was the greatest. Scotty first reached out to me because I had tried selling my home with a different relator that had zero clue about anything. That phone call from him that day has changed everything in my life. He came out and looked around and had photos taken and when we listed the house he showed the house on day 3 and we had a offer 2 days later. He is best at communicating with you ! He told me up front he would always be available if I had any question, and that wasn't a lie. It didn't matter the day or time he was right there. Not only do I personally recommend him as a RELATOR but now as a Friend !! Shaking his hand one last time at closing was sad, because I knew I wouldn't be seeing him again anytime soon. Scotty Paden is a super star in the Real Estate market. His knowledge of the market, professionalism and ability to coordinate all of the moving parts of home selling were second to none. When it came to selling my home, Scotty exceeded all of my expectations. I could not have been more Satisfied with all aspects of the listing And selling of the home. Everything was simply first class. His vision on how he wanted the home to look when it came on the market took some work but was very worthwhile as the home sold very quickly. He made the entire process so easy and I walked away with more profit than I could have imagined. He took the selling of my home very seriously, even if it was a smaller home , like mine was.
