Knows the area well and is great at explaining the process to first time home buyers especially. Scott helped me find a place to rent when I was in a different state from where I needed to be. He is super responsive and it is nice to feel like someone has your back and goes the extra mile. He would make video tours for me upon request and even followed up with rental applications for me! Definitely would recommend him if you're trying to rent.
