I purchased my first home a little over a year ago. The process was all new to me. Rupesh Patel guided me the whole way and was an amazing realtor throughout. I refer him to everyone and will definitely go back to him if I'm in the market!

Rupesh is amazing! We needed a home and the one we were in had mold and it was making our then baby son very sick. We were paying over 750.00 in rent and living paycheck to paycheck. We found Rupesh and him and his staff immediately found us a home and Mario helped us with the loan. They worked so hard and were so patient with me especially and all our questions and fears because honestly buying a home is huge! It's like having a baby or getting married. It's a huge commitment and it can be scary but Rupesh made everything look so flawless and amazing and saved us by finding our perfect home for this family of 6. Our house payment dropped by almost 300.00 a month from what our rent was. This was in 2013. He still calls once a month, leaves gifts for us, and is always a phone call away. He is the best person with the biggest heart that truly cares about your families needs! I tell everyone he is the only realtor you will ever need! One of my favorite things about working with Rupesh is that he communicated with my by phone, promptly returned my calls, and frequently called to check in to see if I needed anything. We were indecisive (Not the easiest clients) AND I had a job change during the hunt, so we went through 2 other contracts (3 total) before finding our home. Holly Black was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to find the perfect house for my daughter and I. I'm a single mother and I work 3 jobs, so finding time to view houses was very limited for me. Holly would ALWAYS be ready to view a house with me no matter how short of notice it was, we've gone at night when I had to work late, and even on Sundays. She always made me feel like a priority and she knew exactly what I wanted. When we 1st met she made sure I understood the process of becoming a home owner and I feel like I was very prepared and knew what to expect along the journey. I could not have asked for a better agent!

This is our second time working with Rupesh, and we would choose to work with him time and time again. He is the definition of professional, while also being personable and fun to work with. He knows his business inside and out and we trust him to give us a straight forward answer.
