I really enjoyed working with Ron Johnson and appreciated everything he did for us as our Realtor. Ron was responsive to our desires in a house and managed to accommodate our busy schedules. Ron guided us through the process and clearly explained each and every step of the process. Ron was extremely knowledgable about the market; unique aspects of the house and neighborhood; and how recent home sales did - and did not - accurately reflect our home's value. In the end, we love the house and the price we paid for it - with much credit to Ron.

Ron was amazingly attentive and helpful through the entire process. We had a difficult situation but he stuck with us and helped us through everything. Ron never gave up on our purchase working out and I'm sure that if it weren't for him it never would have happened. We highly recommend Ron!!!!!

Ron strikes the perfect balance between personable and professional. He was patient with us during this first home-buying experience, explaining every step along the way--without overloading us with confusing information. He was very available for questions, developed an offer overnight for a house we loved, and was our voice and face to the selling family & realtor. Let me start off by saying I was friend with Ron before he helped me find a home and I'm friends with him after. Notice I didn't call him my agent because from the beginning we both decided that this shouldn't be a client/agent relationship. Whether you know Ron or not doesn't matter. What matters is he will treat you with respect, listen to your wants, needs and concerns and help guide you to the best possible experience whether you're buying your first home, fifth home or selling your home. I will be the first to admit I'm not the easiest person to work with especially since this was my first ever home I was purchasing. I don't like parting with money let alone the amount one spends on a house. I fret over every decision, I overthink everything and I ask a million questions. Through it all Ron had the ability to know when to let me be neurotic, when to tell get me to think rationally, when I needed to be nudged and when to give me my space. He has a calm and even-keeled demeanor which is a must when making the costliest decision of your life. We must have looked at 30-40 houses and never once did he make me feel like I needed choose a specific one. We talked out the pro's and con's of the places I was interested in, but he always told me this was my decision and for that I was very grateful. When it came time to put in a bid he talked it all out with me and helped me come up with a number. When I didn't get the first two places I put an offer in on he always delivered the news in a professional yet positive manner that made me see we were getting close. Once I found a place and my offer was accepted he walked me through each step of the process, from start to finish, and what I could expect. He was extremely invaluable. I mentioned at the beginning that I am friends with Ron after the entire process. Too many friendships get ruined when mixing it with business, but while I was the overbearing one in this partnership Ron was always the calm and cool one. So if you're friends with Ron and are looking to buy or sell a home then choosing him on your Home Team is a no-brainer. If you aren't friends with Ron and are looking to buy or sell a home this is the type of guy you want to add to your team and, who knows, you may end up with a friend in the process.

Ron helped us find our home when we moved to Minnesota from Michigan. We stumbled upon him by chance and couldn’t have been happier. His responsiveness was one of the traits we loved most but he was also very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. I would recommend Ron to anyone looking for a great realtor!
