I served 23+ years as a Chief Petty Officer and as a Commissioned Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the Navy. I completed 15 moves across multiple duty stations with my family, and have purchased/sold multiple properties during that time. I understand how complex a move can be, and aim to alleviate as much stress as I can. I place high value on helping clients to fully understand real estate through the process of buying or selling. Mike was great through the entire buying process! He listened to what I was looking in a home and kept the search within my budget without trying to upsell me. Over the course of an entire day he took me around Camarillo/Oxnard/Ventura and described the neighborhoods and developments in the works. Eventually he found a house with a VA assumable loan and fought hard to get it, even arranging a same day house walkthrough. He was very knowledgeable on how the VA loan assumption process worked and saw it through to the end to make sure I got this deal. Overall the VA assumption process was easier with Mike constantly pushing all parties involved and we closed with little hiccups. I HIGHLY recommend you seek Mike out if you are trying to assume a loan interest VA loan and get a great deal.
