I am a single parent of a special needs child and the moving process for my child was extremely difficult but Melissa made sure everything was handled so my son had his room again. Ms Anderson guided me and my wife thru a very difficult time in dealing with the buyers agent Mr Brian Pillow whose actions and unprofessional attitude almost caused the entire deal to be cancelled. Ms Andersons professionalism and calm demeanor was insrtrumental in the successful closing of the selling of our house. Not only did she see us thru the closing, she helped us find a new house that we're very happy with. Ms Anderson, in addition to seeing us thru the closing of our house, made sure that the buyers of the Delilah st house was satisfied with the purchase and offered to answer any questions they might have. We were very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Ms Anderson to anyone that has need of real estate services.
