Originally from Venezuela, and with a Portuguese cultural background, Lolymary moved to New York City at the age of 18 to earn an undergraduate degree in Languages-Spanish, Economics, and secondary education from Hunter College. This knowledge, combined with a graduate dual degree in early education and special education at Touro College, has presented her with valuable communication and negotiation skills that she uses daily in the real estate world educating, guiding, and helping home buyers, sellers, sellers in distress and investors effectively creating a solution for any real estate problem that arises with different creative strategies.
NYC is a fascinating place to live and work, which is why Lolymary chose to call it home. With roots in NYC, Lolymary came to the beautiful Long Island, NY about 10 years ago. She lives with her three children, her five dogs, and her mother, whom she cares for and supports. Lolymary is a licensed realtor in NY. As her career advanced, Lolymary acquired several designations and certifications such as Short Sales and Foreclosure SFR, e- Pro Certified, Realtors Commitment to Excellence C2EX, and Express Offer certified. Also, working towards a few other designations and other states licenses and her book. In 2021, Lolymary also received the most prominent agent award. Lolymary is passionate about real estate, creating relationships and connecting with her clients, colleagues, vendors, and anyone that needs her assistance and advice, with a background in languages, economics, early education, special education, and secondary education; it is very easy to see why all her clients and customers called Lolymary for help, guidance, and advice buying, selling and investing in real estate.
Outside real estate, Lolymary has helped raise money and is still a contributor to St Jude Hospital. She has contributed monetarily to animal shelters and animal societies and other organizations like “Toys for Tots”, which is a helping hand to their parish when possible. She has been a member of the PTA at Saint Joan of Arc School, volunteered to tutor children in Math, and languages, and loves being a part of other community events as much as possible.
