Hi, I'm Lauren Tygard and I'm excited to help you begin your journey in home buying and/or selling! I am a Tennessee Native, born and raised in South Pittsburg, TN (Chattanooga suburb). After graduation, I moved to Knoxville, TN, and attended The University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) earning my bachelors degree in Sociology. Straight out of college I went to work for Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. headquartered in Maryville, TN eventually becoming a Legal Department supervisor. Since then, I have moved several times over the Southeast including stops in Nashville, Chattanooga, Huntsville, AL, Murfreesboro, and finally, now Cleveland, TN. Prior to 2023, I worked with the South's largest non-profit youth sports league as the Development Coordinator. With my past mortgage industry knowledge, negotiation and marketing skills, and a love for helping others, you can feel confident when choosing me to represent you as your Realtor throughout the buying/selling transaction. I am competitive, confident, and determined to make every aspect of the transaction as stress-free as possible. I am passionate about Real Estate and have thus made this my full-time career. I have unique first-hand experience with relocating, buying and selling, and working with (and in) the mortgage industry, and I'm ready to throw all of my expertise to work for you!
