Before meeting her I had a different realtor that was obviously only out for money trying to get me to spend 2-3 times what I'd set and in areas I didn't want to be. Laura listened, made suggestions, discussed options, and even suggested we not waste time with a couple of properties I'd found due to location and noise. Once we found a place I liked she took care of everything, going back and forth with the seller, sending me some documents via email to review and sign. I actually signed some of them from the west rim of the Grand Canyon while on vacation. Very knowledgeable, no nonsense, and never made me feel rushed.
