Simple Country Girl

Kamini was the second realtor involved in the attempt to sell my house. We are aquainted through a business client. Even though Kamini was relatively new as a real estate agent, she was instrumental in the preparation of my home for sale. I only agreed to sell so I could assist financially in the building of another home on our 40 acres up in north east AZ. Many realtors try to force sellers to make changes to fit the realtors idea of a home "ready for sale". Kamini knew that I had not only designed but personally built many of the custom accoutrements that made it MY home. It felt warm like a country cabin with bold red and yellow/gold paint throughout. Big wooden barn doors and saloon doors personaly made with my own hands expressed my personality and love for a house I thought I would never leave. Kamini saw that selling was no easy decision for me. She praised my creativity and bold taste and gently gave me suggestions that would complement the existing design and feel I had lovingly created. It didn't matter if white on white on taupe sold houses quicker. She eased me through the process and helped me when it inevitably sold for full price! Like a seasoned professional, Kamini will do for anyone what she did for me. Today is just 1 day after closing. The tears are still wet on my cheeks but they are happy tears. I owe it all to Kamini!
