My family and I met Jordan when viewing a property listed by eXp Realty. We were immediately at ease with his down-to-earth personality and soon found ourselves grateful that he was the one to meet us at the property. We searched for a property for few months with Jordan at the helm. Jordan was extremely helpful in every way, throughout the entire process. He was flexible in making appointments that fit into my family’s hectic schedule. When we would arrive at a property to view, Jordan always had his homework done- giving us the answers before the questions could be asked. Jordan is extremely efficient. If he found something that my family would consider a deal breaker, he would let us know ahead of time, so we could move on to the next on the list. Jordan always spoke openly and honestly to our situation and/or needs using his own experience as a homeowner as well as a realtor. When we found the property that we knew would be our future home, Jordan pulled out all the stops to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Our home buying situation was outside of the normal process. We did a 1031 exchange, with another family member on the other side of the country. Our experience with Jordan Hoover was excellent. Finding and purchasing a house in a different state is a daunting task. Jordan's pleasant manner and knowledge of the area helped very much. He researched prospective homes through videos and unbiased descriptions.Every visit involved an airplane trip; Jordan was always at the airport for all flights.During the final part of the sale and afterwards he continues to be helpful in this major transition. I consider Jordan a fine realtor and my first friend in our new location.
