Justin has his stuff together! He came by to view our home while we had it listed as FSBO. He was upbeat, and brought over a packet with comps in our area along with our house specs and value. What questions we didn’t ask during our first meeting were answered in the packet he left. When we decided to go on the MLS Justin was fast to answer the phone and came to our house the next day. We signed all our paperwork from our kitchen table. Before he left, we had photos of our home lined up, measurements appointments, and and open house set for the day following it going live on the MLS.
Jessica is fantastic too, she is his right hand! Everyone on his “Team” knows what they are doing and we were never left to feel like a NUMBER.
We really enjoyed the ease of the showing app. It allowed me plenty of time to get 3 kids and two dogs out of the house for a showing. The whole process was fast, easy and secure.
His crew took the headache away. There is a lot to do (paperwork wise and coordinating) when selling your home.
We would 100% use Justin and his team again. The 5% seller commission was worth it to us in the end. Our house sold for more than we were asking on our own.. . As for sale by owner, it’s tough in this buyers market. Realtors will not show your house because there is no commission in it for them or the commission is lower. It is kind of disheartening. But, I get it… there is no way I would show a potential buyer a FSBO if I was in their shoes.
So, in the meantime, until the market changes, and homeowners have more control over the prices of their house, and the tools that they need easily available, I would say go with Justin and his team.
