Being a first time home buyer, I was a little intimidated at first. Luckily I found Jen William and she made the process much easier than I had been anticipating. She quickly set up a search criteria to meet my needs and sent me a list of available homes. Whenever I expressed interest in a home, she worked with my availability and scheduled the showing. Jen also followed up regularly to make sure all of my questions were answered. We had to deal with a few issues during the purchase process but Jen was always on top of it and she knew how to resolve it. I am happy with my first home and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. I thank her for her time and effort. I definitely recommend Jen Williams to anyone and would not hesitate to use her real estate expertise again.
