Calm and cool during a stressful time

When I first met Fidel, he gave me his marketing materials and introduced himself and what he was about as a person as well as realtor. I explained some of my poor experiences with past realtors and he assured me it would not be the same. He was right. Fidel provided excellent customer service, listening to what my needs were and executing on them. I have multiple animals and did not want to subject them to endless strangers visiting my house. Fidel listened to my showings requests and we were able to get through the process without any undue stress on three cats and a dog. I listed in early December and was under contract two weeks later. Due to my needing a contingency sale to buy my new home, he was able to secure a closing date on which the buyer and I could agree. He kept me informed with all aspects of the sale and answered necessary sale paperwork questions. He was a calm, steady hand in a very stressful time for myself and animals. I would utilize his services again without hesitation.

Fidel is the best!

Fidel is the best! My wife and I came from out of state and were referred to Fidel. This was the best referral we could have gotten! First, before even helping us find a home to purchase he helped us find a short term rental home. We were unable to travel to the state and look at rentals and were renting 'sight unseen'. He went to the rentals and videoed the areas and gave us information on the neighborhoods. This was above and beyond and greatly made the move for us less stressful. After we got into the state Fidel bent over backwards to make sure we found the right home. He always had our interested in mind and we never felt pressured to buy. He was always on top of scheduling and communication and did an awesome job of linking up showings in a way so we could maximize our time. Even after we went under contract on the home, Fidel communicated regularly and always answered our questions. Also, another small but important detail after having our offer accepted, Fidel referred us to probably the best home inspector in the area. He wasn't one of the cookie-cutter inspectors and really knew what to look out for and had clearly worked in the industry for a long time. To sum up our experience with Fidel, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. We enjoyed walking through the homes with him and it was a great experience! We ultimately found the perfect home and we owe a lot of that to Fidel!
