Honestly....there’s so much my wife and I could say and not enough time or space to express how wonderfully professional Eric was when we decided to build our very first home when he was our sales rep for a prior company. We hit it off right from the get-go. As someone (myself and my wife) who were previously in sales roles, Eric sold to us in a way that didn’t feel like a sales pitch. He asked us discovery questions to help prequalify and figure out what we were looking for and still stay within the parameters of our strict budget. We never bought a house much less go through the building process of one. Long story short....we are under way with a new construction built home and the process couldn’t be better. Quite frankly.....had we been with someone else OTHER than Eric.....we may have not decided so quickly to want to build. With that said.....Eric did a fantastic job keeping us comfortable, building rapport and being genuine with us. When our home is finished....he will be the first to get an invite to our first cookout. When you work with Eric on your home purchase journey....you will get 110% genuine, good ole fashion, non-sales-like experience. All he wants to do is help figure out what you want and need. You will not be disappointed and you WILL have every expectation, question and concern met! Thank you Eric!!!!!!!

If my husband and I could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would! Eric was amazing throughout our whole house purchasing experience. As first time homebuyers he was able to guide us through every step and was there personally for each step, even when we signed the closing paperwork. We even got our house for $5000 below asking, which is rare in the market here. We looked at over 30 houses and he was always there to answer questions. He was quick to respond any time of day. We can't say enough good things about him and would definitely reccomend him!

Eric, will probably be the only person I would work with ever again to get a house! He had knowledge and understanding of my situation especially with the circumstances that are happening right now! Really great person and he was respectful and helpful!!

I recently purchased a home with Eric as my realtor. He was excellent! He always returned my calls right away. He was willing to show me homes that I wanted to see either the day I called or the following day. He was very helpful in helping me find my ideal home and never pressured me. When I found the home I wanted, he helped me get the paperwork in that day and the owners accepted my bid. Can't say enough good things about Eric. It was my first home purchase on my own and he really took the stress out of it for me.

Eric was FANTASTIC! From showing me the first house to taking a chance on my forever home! He is truly outstanding and made homebuying less stressful with his attention to detail and knowledge of the trade. It was an adventure buying a home during a pandemic, but Eric made it comfortable and safe. 100% would recommend!

We are so thankful to have worked with Eric! We are first-time homebuyers and were on a tight timeline to buy before our lease was up. Despite the competitive market, we were able to purchase the perfect home for us! Eric was willing to view houses any time we needed and was always quick and responsive to questions. He literally booked the showing for our new home as he was on his way back into town and managed to schedule between two other showings we had scheduled that day. Even after closing, Eric has been in contact to make sure everything went smoothly for our move. We could not more highly recommend him to anyone looking in West Michigan!
