Right out of high school Debbie earned her property management stripes and fueled her passion for real estate and housing in the Private Non-Profit Low Income Housing Development industry in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. She has a rich and diverse background in the housing industry with over 20+ years experience. She moved to Ohio in 1996 to be close to family and worked in property management until she earned her Real Estate License in 2006. She has worked with some of Central Ohio’s largest producing and award winning real estate teams, handling sales from listing to closing, marketing design, graphic design, photography and managing day to day operations. Debbie is also trained in Brokerage Operations and lead a management team handling the day to day operations and training for multiple locations (throughout the Ohio market) for National, State and Local Real Estate Franchises. She has consulted with other entrepreneurs to assist them with creating new real estate companies, offices, teams, property management divisions and new national franchises. She teaches, trains and mentors Real Estate Agents throughout the Central Ohio Market. She is actively involved in the Local, State and National Networks of Women’s Council of Realtors, and served as President for the State of Ohio for 2021. Debbie holds the Women's Council of Realtors Performance Management Network Designation and the National Association of REALTORS At Home With Diversity Designation.
