If there were 10 stars available, Danny Torchia would get 12.. We began our journey with Danny early in 2021. We had to put it all on hold due to health reasons. Danny checked on me consistently and was more concerned with my help than with selling us a home. How could we not stay with him. He was a true professional throughout the process when we began our final search. We needed to move quickly in a very tough market. He worked with us during our ups and downs and gave us his undivided attention during the process. I feel as if we were difficult client's but Danny was patient with us and helped us to find the right house and close it early. We consider Danny to be our friend and look forward to spending time with him in the future. Never did we feel as if we were just another client. He loves what he does and helps people from his heart and not as a number. Danny, You have my number. We'll have dinner soon.

We were recommended Danny though a friend of mine, we are very thankful for that recommendation!! Danny is a “real” personable guy he doesn’t feed you any bogus insights or thoughts. He is very honest and knowledgeable in his field. We spoke with several different realtors while looking for the right home for us over the course of almost 2 years. Danny stayed with me a long time and suffered my persnickityness. Once I found what I wanted, he stayed with me through all of the routine BS that goes with buying a home and was there when I needed him. When a problem developed at the closing, he alone came through in spades with correcting it (even though others should have shared the blame) at his own expense. Danny is a conscientious fellow upon whom one can rely and I give him the highest marks for his representation in my home purchase.
