We finally have our first home thanks to Clinton! My husband and I started looking for a home in March 2021 and Clinton guided us from the beginning. We were first time home buyers and Clinton never failed to inform us with everything we needed to know and answer our questions. The process of looking for a house was difficult due to a competitive buyers market, but Clinton made sure we got to see every house we had our eye on. His constant communication and determination helped us to get offers accepted on many houses we liked. Even when we felt like giving up on the house hunting, due to a seller canceling on us, Clinton quickly helped us find other options and finally close on our house in July. We highly recommend Clinton as a real estate agent, especially for first time buyers because of his integrity, patience, and diligence. We hope that when the times comes for our next real estate purchase that Clinton is our agent again.

We first met clinton back in May 2020 and right away we wanted him to be our agent and help us buy our first home. We finally got our home in September 2021, thanks to clinton hard work and his team. He was always available for us. We were only available to see houses on weekends so we had him showing us houses almost every weekend ( yes, Saturday and Sunday ) for about a year and half and he never said no. He was always available. He puts his clients first and he always points out the cons and the pros in every house he showed us and that really helped specially being 1st time buyers. I would definitely recommend my freinds to Clint as I already sent him 3 of my friends. Thanks to clint and his team we finally have a place we call home.

We just closed on our first duplex recently – a start to hopefully many more in our portfolio. Clinton Sylvestre (our agent) was beyond helpful and always available for questions, possible concerns, and advice.
