I met Cathleen when I inquired about a home that she had listed. From the moment I met her at the property, she was attentive and helpful, answering all of my questions. Although I did not buy that property, I knew that I wanted this realtor to help me find my home. Cathleen was accommodating to my schedule and always prompt at responding to all of my requests. She took note on each of my needs and was superb in the negotiation process once I found the home I wanted. Hands down the best and easiest real estate transaction I have ever been involved in. I could not imagine working with anyone else. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Cathleen helped my daughter and son-in-law buy their first house. Because of their good experience, I chose Cathleen to sell my home at 4472 Hartland Parkway. We listed it on a Sunday and had a visit and an offer the very next day, which was negotiated and accepted that day. I had already moved 130 miles away and Cathleen did a great job of helping me through the process long-distance and I was able to close quickly and without having to make the return trip to Lexington. Once upon a time, there was a realtor named Cathleen who found 2 weary travelers that were relocating for a job. The Wayfarers bought a house before and were not happy with the politics and small town wanna be big shot realtors they had dealt with in the past. The Trekkers knew what they wanted in a home but were not in town enough to see houses regularly. Right out of the gate, the Travelers knew Cathleen was different. Cathleen was available for last minute showing requests whenever the Wanderers were in town. Cathleen showed the house the Travellers eventually purchased based on their personalities and needs. The house was not listed in normal real estate apps, so it was being overlooked by the Gypsies. She was that good! Cathleen was spectacular on negotiating closing costs, and recommended the Nomads to different lenders to get the best possible finanacing. The Travelers closed on their house within 30 days and they all lived happily ever after, in Lexington, KY. The End.

We had a pre-approval in a matter of days and Cathleen immediately helped us start looking. We put an accepted offer in on the 4th house we looked at and Cathleen was there through every step of the process. Hands down the best in the business! Words cannot describe how please we were with Cathleen.
