Caleb Lineberger

We had the pleasure of working with Caleb and Lorena for the past 2 months. We had found some property we wanted to buy, but we live in Northern Colorado, and it was sight unseen. Caleb was very professional and patient explaining everything we needed and wanted to know and was quick to get us all information we asked for. We have bought many properties in our life, but he was very patient and thorough in explaining since the Arizona laws and procedures are very different than what we were used to in Colorado. He also got us names of very reputable professionals that we needed and will need. If we had not felt totally comfortable with each of the steps we would not have wanted to complete this transaction. We look forward to finally meeting Caleb and Lorena when we get there. We feel as if they are like extended family to us. Thanks again for everything you have done to make this happen!

I love these two!! So helpful and God bless them, they're patient. They helped my hubby and I to find our house here in Safford. Also helped get another property up on the market in Clifton, Arizona... they'll go out of their way until they know you are happy!!!! We totally recommend them!!!!!

As a mortgage lender, I had the opportunity to work with the Lineberger team, Caleb and Lorena, on a challenging home sale. Despite the long process due to the condition of the home, Caleb and Lorena’s persistence and dedication never wavered. Their hard work and commitment ensured that the owner was able to successfully close on their home and the buyer got into their first home. They truly did a great job, and I highly recommend the Lineberger team for their exceptional service and tenacity.
